Product Information
Transformer Core Laminations for Power and Distribution Transformers are manufactured from premium grades of Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) electrical steel. These laminations are precisely slit and cut into required geometrical shapes using 90° and 45° cutting systems, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and superior magnetic performance.
The production process of CRGO quality laminations involves advanced precision engineering to achieve optimal efficiency and reliability. Laminations can be supplied in various sizes suitable for single-phase and three-phase transformers, in both conventional and step-lap construction designs.
Step-Lap Construction has become an industry standard for high-efficiency transformers with stacked cores. It ensures:
