Product Information
Transformer core laminations for Power and Distribution Transformers are manufactured from high-grade Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) electrical steel.
These laminations are slit and cut to precise geometrical dimensions using 90° and 45° cutting systems, ensuring accuracy, minimal burrs and excellent magnetic performance.
The production of CRGO laminations requires high-precision engineering, and we manufacture laminations for both single-phase and three-phase transformers, in conventional as well as Step-Lap construction.

Step-Lap design has become an industry standard for high-efficiency stacked core transformers because it:
